We all know COVID-19 continues to affect many industries across the board, mainly global supply chains including shipping, manufacturing, and delivery. With that said, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO AVOID SIGNIFICANT DELAYS!
DVD PRINTING & MANUFACTURING UPDATE:
Recently, we switched how we print and manufacture our DVDs to streamline the process. In a nutshell, we now use an automated, print-on-demand system called Kunaki which handles all DVD orders from our online store.
Once an order is placed, it automatically get sent and shipped out once the DVD is ready, typically within 24-48 hours. When this happens, you will receive email confirmation from us with a USPS tracking code. So, make sure you check your spam, trash, and/or promotional (Gmail) folders. Sometimes, emails go sideways! 😉
FOR ALL DOMESTIC/US-BASED ORDERS:
If you order by WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1ST, your product should arrive before Christmas. Please be advised, any orders after this date has a greater possibility of NOT arriving before Christmas.
Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, post office acceptance date/time, and other conditions such as weather or shipping delays. Again, please refer to your tracking code from your order.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International shipments will take longer and the timing can vary greatly depending on where it's going, so place your orders ASAP! Our cut-off date for all international orders will also be WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1ST.
Even with this lead time, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time. And just to be clear, you can still order AFTER the cut-off date, it just may not arrive before Christmas.
HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS:
Our offices will be closed from Monday, December 20, 2021 through Sunday, January 2, 2022. While we may be able to respond to email inquiries during our office closure, we can't guarantee they will be responded to until after January 2, 2022.
