2020 Holiday Order, Shipping & Delivery Information!

COVID-19 Industry Update

We know COVID-19 has affected many industries across the board, and we are aware that most holiday shopping will be done online this year. All carriers will be stretched thin and are expected to see a major uptick in volume this holiday season more than in previous years. 

With that said, we STRONGLY SUGGEST that you place your order as soon as you can to avoid significant delays!

Important Ordering Information

For All Domestic/US-based Orders:

As long as supplies last, if you order by THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10th, your product should arrive before Christmas using the flat rate shipping. The 1-business day or 2-business day shipping options will go out 2-3 business days AFTER you place your order. (Flat rate orders will take 3-4 days after they are shipped, weather permitting). 

Dates are for estimated delivery before December 25th. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date/time and other conditions.

For All International Orders:

International shipments will take longer & the timing can vary depending on where it's going, so place your orders ASAP! Our cut-off date for all international orders will be Monday, December 7th. Even with this lead time, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time but we will do our best!

Non-Fulfillment Dates:

Please know that our fulfillment company will NOT be fulfilling orders on the below dates:

  • Thanksgiving Day (11/26/20)
  • Day after Thanksgiving (11/27/20)
  • Christmas Eve (12/24/20)
  • Christmas Day (12/25/20)
  • New Year's Day (1/1/21)
Holiday Office Hours:

Our office will be closed from Monday, December 21, 2020 through Sunday, January 3, 2021. While we may be able to respond to email inquiries during our office closure, we can't guarantee they will be responded to until after January 3rd, 2021.
